Who are achievers ??
After gaining some policy points, you will be considered as ACHIEVER. Every TLC coordinator aim or goal is to become DIRECTOR Achiever.
Explain me ??
You have taken the Bajaj Allianz policy through TLC channel partner. Some where in the entire existing tree, you will be placed & you will become HEAD or ROOT. Like how you are placed in the existing tree after taking policy, similarly many other policy holders also occupy the place in the tree [ Either you will refer some polices OR persons above your tree ladder refers some OR some persons just walk to get polices ]. Once when u make a place in the tree, you will be having two CHILD chains, Left Chain and Right Chain.
Based on some policy amount, TLC provides points.
Like, every Rs. 25,000/- policy carries 30 points, Rs. 15,000/- 20 points, Rs. 10,000/- 10 points.

Under you, two policies are got registered, so got 60 points. Like that, based on policy amount, you will be gaining points.
Once when you achieve specific points, TLC will recognize your efforts & honours one level of achievement.

What are the list of achievements ??
The list of Achievement levels are
- Cell phones or laptops:
- Tour Achiever
- Car Achiever
- Pension Achiever
- Director Achiever
How many polices are needed to achieve level ??
Cell Phones or Laptops : Just you need 6 polices ( 3 left & 3 right ) in order to get mobile !!
Tour Achiever : Just you need 68 for enjoying you minimum 7 days trip to Japan, Andaman & Nikobar.
Car Achiever : Just you need 234 policies to get your own model car. Company will provide u down payment along with maintenance charges Rs. 6,000/- upto 72 months ( 6 years).
Pension Achiever: You need two car achievers on two sides. Once when u achieve this, you will get a down payment of Rs. 1 lakh & monthly pension !!!!!!!!!!!!
Director Achiever: You need two pension achievers in two sides. You will get Rs. 7,19,345 per year & 10% of insurance share for 3 Generations!!!!!!!!.
